Payment

Payments are processed securely through Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment gateway supporting major credit/debit cards and mada. All transactions go through approved banking channels. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) before checkout and are shown on your invoice.

Access & Delivery

This is a digital service. Full access to the question bank is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, with no waiting period. Confirmation of access is included in your payment invoice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of this service, refunds are not available once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will investigate and resolve it. Subscription periods are non-transferable.
